Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – 2 July, 2024 – AI Venture Portfolio LLP (AIV50), Centre for AI Innovation (CEAI), and Singularity Connect Sdn Bhd (Singularity) are proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to spearhead collaborative ventures and initiatives in the AI and aerospace sectors. This partnership aims to leverage AI technologies to enhance efficiency, innovation, and overall performance, particularly through business combination strategies, including Reverse Takeover (RTO) and other M&A models.
Key Areas of Collaboration:
- Collaborative Venture Development: Jointly develop high-growth AI ventures (including but not limited to aerospace segment), using RTO and M&A strategies for NASDAQ listings.
- Joint Market Engagement: Conduct roadshows and outreach to public companies interested in RTO strategies, fostering growth and market presence.
- Capacity-Building: Collaborate on advisory services, industry developments, and capacity-building programs for targeted industries (including but not limited to aerospace segment), enhancing efficiency and innovation with AI technology.
The partnership will commence discussions to determine the structure and execution of the collaboration in the specified markets, contingent upon a commercial contract resulting from ongoing discussions between the parties.
